How does the free demo work?
The free demo is a full introductory tutoring session β no strings attached. We assess your student's level, introduce our teaching approach, and map out a plan together. You decide from there.
How quickly can we start?
We aim to schedule your free demo within a few days of your inquiry β often sooner. Once you decide to continue, regular sessions can begin right away.
Are sessions in-person or online?
We offer both! In-person sessions are available in New York City. Online sessions are available anywhere β conducted via video call with shared digital materials.
How long are sessions?
Standard sessions are 1 hour. For intensive exam prep, 90-minute or 2-hour sessions are also available depending on student needs and proximity to exam dates.
Do you tutor multiple subjects at once?
Absolutely! Many of our students receive tutoring in multiple subjects β we create a comprehensive schedule that covers all their needs without overwhelming them.
How do you communicate with parents?
We provide regular progress updates, monthly reports, and are always reachable by phone or message. Parents are kept fully informed every step of the way.
